I never imagined my first broken heart was meant to help heal yours. At thirteen years old, my parent’s divorce left me feeling lost and alone.On a quest to find hope and healing I earned a BA in psychology, MA in counseling, and have worked for over 20 years in the mental health field.My personal and professional journey has led me to walk with preteens, teens, young adults, women, couples, and co-parents through the struggles of stepfamily life. As a recognized Smart Stepfamily provider and trained Between Two Home Facilitator, I offer a wide range of coaching services virtually and in person.Called to connect others to Christ, we have sparked communities worldwide encouraging people to look up to God for answers instead of out to the world for approval.I believe everyone wants to do well and succeed but too often we have not received the tools or resources necessary. In coaching, I take a whole-person approach, allowing for healing from the inside out.
