DA Business Analyst

● Manage bigger appliances: Washing machine category● Responsibilities: - Set up business plan in agreement with team in HQ / RHQ and Company BOD to define product lineup & product positioning for quarterly / yearly business.- Analyze consumer’s needs to develop full Local Launching Plan (LLP) for various successful new projects through setting up positioning for new lineup / relevant product features in the changing competition landscape of Vietnam.- Identify product strategy quarterly / yearly to lead cross functional team (Trade Mktg, Communications, and Sales) in developing detail marketing plan and executing effective roll-out across channels.- Plan & manage competitive / stable margin structure and dealer incentive schemes on regular basis (monthly / quarterly) with consensus from Finance, Accounting, Sales in accordance with HQ and Company BOD’s direction to achieve business goals- Manage Product Mix & Pricing to maximize sales & profitability to achieve set targets- Manage demand forecast through SCM system, closely communicate and work with Sales team, HQ and Factory colleagues to ensure sufficient supply on time for Sales team to maximize sales performance- Develop deep understanding of the current market trends and conditions with good network in the Consumer Electronics industry.- Represent Samsung product category in various successful launching events to media / cusomers as well as conventions for partners / customers / consumers. ● Key network integration:- Internally: Headquarters and Regional HeadquartersSales / Trade Marketing / Marcom / Market Research Supply Chain Management/ Logistics / Business Management and Accounting- Externally: Customers / Co-branding partners / Media

● Manage bigger appliances: Washing machine category● Area of South East Asia (SEA) with focus on Vietnam market.● Responsibilities: - Work to set up business plan in agreement with team in assigned subsidiary (sub) & RHQ to define product lineup & product positioning guideline for quarterly / yearly business.- Analyze consumer’s needs to develop and deploy Global Launching Plan (GLP) to Product team in subsidiary for various successful new projects.- Work to deploy and customize global product strategy together with other functional teams (Trade Mktg, Communications) in HQ into suitable tailored strategic plan for Vietnam subsidiary (quarterly / yearly) and follow up through detail action plan and execution.
