Job responsibilities include Reviewing and providing comments on applications under the Conservation Authorities Act, Municipal Drainage Act, Public Lands Act, Shoreline Properties Assistance Act, Part VIII Building Code; planning documents and development proposals; based on ERCA policies and other legislation. Additional responsibilities include meeting with and providing technical advice and direction to residents, applicants and municipal staff regarding natural hazards, impacts and acceptability of development proposals, land and other resource management issues as required
