Mr. Sumon Kumar has been working since October 2014 as a Senior Network Administrator at the BIMSTEC. Secretariat, Dhaka, Bangladesh. ("BIMSTEC" is an intergovernmental regional organization comprising seven Member States ( Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Thailand) lying in the littoral and adjacent areas of the Bay of Bengal constituting a contiguous regional unity) His academic credentials include Bachelor and Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh & Diploma in Computer Technology from BTEB. In his 14 years of IT service as expert in Bangladesh he has served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka and IT based renowned company in Bangladesh like Computer Source Limited, Intelligent Image Management Limited etc. He has successfully been completed few international IT certification course like, expert Graphics Design, CIW, Web Design Specialist (1DO-520), Red hat Certified System Administrator & Engineer (RHCSA, RHCSE), PHP & MYSQL, CCNA, CCNP under the New Horizons CLC. Inc California, USA.He also took part in professional and various other important trainings and seminars both at home and abroad.He is married and blessed with two Son.
