Duties/Responsibilities:Buyer: Next. Dept: Baby boys, Older boys, Boys nightwear, Baby Girls (Toddler Boys wear) (Older boys wear).1. Negotiate with buyer and fixed price after costing and to deal with the buyers for all the merchandising activities and inform team as well.2. Proper execution of orders according to Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity and will be responsible for day to day follow-up.3. Close monitor to in-house the fabric, yarn, accessories and other materials.4. Sample organizing, monitoring and provide all required samples within required time frame.5. Collect all types of approvals from buyer at required time frame.6. Make sure the test reports & accordingly upload on system based on buyer requirement.7. Represent the company on external & internal communication with buyers & suppliers8. Coordinate with production & QA team to solve out day to day raising all problems, also organized & conducted final inspection with QA team.9. Follow up with commercial for L/C, BB L/C, packing list, commercial invoice & shipping docs and handover to forwarder10.Follow the team for ensure the fabric, accessories booking & other relevant work at company internal system (ERP).11. Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Proper execution of orders according to Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity and will be responsible for day to day follow-up.3.
