CurrentManage and execute complex BPM v857 to BAW v21.0.3 (Business Automation Workflow) migration programs for Barclays Retail, and Business Banking which involves migrating 18 applications along with existing inflight data. Recommend corrective action plans as well as implement robust resilience strategies, conduct capacity planning, and execute system improvements and performance tuning mechanisms. These actions are crucial in ensuring uninterrupted, high-performance services for our customers.Recommend current and future hardware and software strategies as well as provide valuable insights for the organization's direction. Responsibilities also include providing consultancy for corrective action plans and improvements in response to non-compliance issues thereby maintaining the high standards expected in our digital infrastructure projects.Execute service migration activities for large and complex infrastructure platforms; ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Identify variations and potential high-risk areas, and implement strategies to secure adherence to standards and procedures, thereby enhancing the overall customer turnaround time.Develop and implement process automation strategies, streamline operations, and reduce manual intervention which results not only in enhanced efficiency but also ensures that our processes adhere to the recommended standards, contributing to a more secure and compliant environment.Lead cross-functional teams; oversee the design, build, and support of digital infrastructure across customer and colleague channels, including mobile banking, retail online banking, and business banking functions. Responsible for performing organizational systems architecture reviews and assessments, recommending current and future hardware and software strategies, and providing direction for the Barclays digital infrastructure.
