As part of Trintech, the Adra solutions suite automate the financial close process to help accounting and finance teams work more efficiently and effectively, with stronger control, clearer visibility, and, ultimately, more accurate financial reports.As Solutions Owner, my main responsibilities are:- Partner with Product Management to define the product backlog (identify requirements and critical success factors)- Refine business requirements, capture technical requirements and dependency impact- Act as a functional and subject matter expert for the solution- Facilitate knowledge transfer being the liaison between Product Management and Engineering- Partake in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retro, release planning, show-me sessions etc.- Partner with System Architects, UI/UX and Tech Leads to define and validate technical approach, strategy and deliverables.- Assist with client escalations, testing scenarios and validating results.

- Working with the development and daily operations of TaaS (Tax as a Service) Product Suite for financial institutions, offered both as a Cloud as well as an on-premises Service. Role Highlights- Product Owner/SME for one of the products (ASK Management) – escalation handling, participation in release planning and communication across internal and external stakeholders. Creatiion of an extensive User Guide for the product. Release acceptance testing. Designing and building a whole new space on Confluence for different parts of the Service.- Professional Services – technical consulting for installations, configurations, data processing, and collaboration with system integrators and third party developers. Analyzing and mapping data points during on-boarding of new clients. Delivering effective product demos, internal and external trainings as well as advice on workflow improvement for the Service. - Analyst – requirements gathering and analysis both from clients as well as from government Tax agencies before each year’s Tax processing and reporting. Technical specifications writing, troubleshooting, and issue replication. Collaborations with external auditors like Ernst & Young for creation of test scenarios and test data. Introducing SQL checks to find data and workflow problems to improve Data quality and accuracy.

Role Highlights- Team and Process Management – my achievements include defining a workflow around software development and release process which enormously increased release collaboration with other business units.
