    - As a Chambers Engineer Intern at ASML/CYMER, I built a laser scattering setup for counting dusts during, which is critical to the efficacy of DUV plasma discharge chambers. In other words, this project necessitates very intensive experimental techniques, from hands-on techniques to systematic analysis. I have implemented a very sensitive and accurate optical experimental setup to monitor surrounding dusts near a DUV laser discharge chamber. This experiment requires various hardware equipment and software programs which should be linked effectively to improve signal resolution while minimizing parasitic noise. * ASML is the worlds leading manufacturers of lithography systems that help enable Moore's Law and the creation of increasingly powerful and capable electronic devices.
