- As a Chambers Engineer Intern at ASML/CYMER, I built a laser scattering setup for counting dusts during, which is critical to the efficacy of DUV plasma discharge chambers. In other words, this project necessitates very intensive experimental techniques, from hands-on techniques to systematic analysis. I have implemented a very sensitive and accurate optical experimental setup to monitor surrounding dusts near a DUV laser discharge chamber. This experiment requires various hardware equipment and software programs which should be linked effectively to improve signal resolution while minimizing parasitic noise. * ASML is the worlds leading manufacturers of lithography systems that help enable Moore's Law and the creation of increasingly powerful and capable electronic devices. Light source division, CYMER, is renowned for developing both deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography light sources and next generation extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light sources.
