As offshore Development Manager- I am responsible to define technical/functional requirements & design to support defined business requirements, impact assessments, estimates, develops architecture components, participates in detailed design and code reviews, reviews system performance and consumption issues, reviews test plans, and provides guidance, developer training, and support to others, as well as implementation responsibilities. Acts as mentor/coach to other team members in the role. Defines and ensures adherence to architecture standards and ensures the proper technical design decisions are being made. Participates in supporting and meeting the marketing/Sales and operations goals of factory working with relevant stakeholders.- Coordinate project schedules, request management and work authorization.
