Advicing ENKA on EPC Business from India and in India

Worked with Bechtel in several roles and positions like C & I Group Supervisor , Chief Engineer C & I , Project Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Manager Of Engineering and Functions Manager . Finally I was the Manager Of Operations for the New Delhi Office of Bechtel. From managing detailed engineering of several Projects in Power Sector, Oil sector , Airports and Metro sector I grew into managing people across all disciplines of Engineering as Manager of Engineering went further into being Head of Functions that included other of functions like Project Controls, Procurement, Construction support and administration of Projects . In 2020 when I voluntarily took retirement I was the Operation Head responsible for managing and execution of ALL Projects from the New Delhi Office. We had over 2500 Engineers and Designers at that point and over 15 large and medium sized Projects under execution thru New Delhi office and the Vadodara Office.

I started my career with BHEL as sn Engineer Trainee and worked on several Power Projects in different roles like Design Engineer thru to Manager in the Piping and Layout Department first and then in Controls and Instrumentation Department executing several Power Project Engineering.
