 Responsibilities for overall direction, execution, control and completion pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in order to deliver project on time. Having more than 9 years of extensive experience in commissioning and piping discipline for oil and gas project at various stage from construction,fabrication, inspection, maintenance, mechanical completion, hook up and pre-commissioning/commissioning on oil platform, semi-submersible rig, FPSO and oil rig. Experience in planning and execution of major overhauls on generators, compressor, pumps and other rotating and drilling equipment. Review of project specification and P&ID. Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping system in the module and preparing as built drawing. Responsible for carrying out MC, conducting hydro and pneumatic test, fulfilling the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirement for the project. Reviewing of and as required preparation of detail plans, project procedures, preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up plans and procedure. Define commissioning activities, track deliverables, and preparing commissioning documentations Managing resource allocation for assigned project, assisting project manager and lead commissioning engineer ensuring seamless delivery of project. Investigating problems and diagnosing, repairing faults and troubleshooting. Experience of working in DCS, VMS and PMS system required for commissioning. Lead and plan commissioning activities of project with ensuring that quality requirement are strictly met with high level of customer satisfaction. Conducting the risk assessment and SIMOPS studies and implementing the same with ensuring strict compliance to safety procedure and Lock out Tag out procedure. Liaising with client, classification society, vendors, and sub-contractors as required. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and effective utilization of manpower.

 Review of project specification and P&ID. Coordinating with engineering and construction and liaise with client on detail engineering requirements.  Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc.  Assist design department in solving piping modification and technical problem in the field. Responsible for counter checking by isometric/piping plan for the spool erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness. Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping system in the module. Preparation of as built drawing. Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping isometrics. Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project. Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project Define commissioning activities, track deliverables, and preparing commissioning documentations Managing resource allocation for assigned project, assisting project manager and lead commissioning engineer ensuring seamless delivery of project. Liaising with client, classification society, vendors, and sub-contractors as required. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and effective utilization of manpower. To prepare vendor, call out schedules and manage venders and service engineers. Following up warranty issues and organize for the same. Monitoring and closing of piping and commissioning punch lists and reporting. Familiar to work with all Marine systems, Mud systems and Drilling system onboard the rig.
