Manager- Human ResourcesJob Profile:Recruitment’s: Responsible for recruitment’s pan India and Dubai operations for all levels:  Manpower Planning & Budgeting for achievement of Organization Effectiveness. Liaison with various organizations like Spa &Salon academies, NGO’s, Government organization in various states for manpower hiring. Responsible for Vendor tie-up’s and review. Travelled North eastern states (Nagaland,Mizoram ,Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh ) for Recruitments . Proactive sourcing, company mapping, pipeline building and extensive Networking/Relationship building. End-to-end recruitments for all levels Bulk recruitments Maintain Employee database and personnel files. Collating data from the team & Generating MIS for periodic Recruitment Meetings to ensure that the relevant data is captured to give a clear picture of target achievement Vs goals set. Evaluation, employee development and HR administration (salary, promotions, job rotations, career planning, etc.). Full and Final Settlements of Resigned employees. Responsible of transition of new outlets.Grievance Management:Single point of contact for all staff issues pertaining to Salaries, Incentives, food, Transportation, Accommodation uniforms, Increments etc ..Employee Engagement:  Employee of the month  Rewards & Recognition programs Workshops Induction, Training & Development: Responsible for Induction and training for all new joiners at O2 Academy.Strictly monitored training schedules at all the company owned training centres at major cities . Plan, Design & Conduct Training for all the employees. Preparing training calendar Yearly Training Budget preparation and presentation of per-head cost analysis. Coordinating and participating as faculty along with external trainers for effective execution of training program.
