Job Description: Responsible for managing Cost & Budget Department & related works.Key functions and responsibilities of the Job:Costing & Accounts:• Responsible for preparation of monthly Cost Sheet • Responsible for Reconciliation of Cost & Financial Accounts on Quarterly and Yearly basis• Ensuring efficient, accurate and timely Management Reporting (MIS)• Preparing Budgets yearly and maintaining Budgetary Control• Ensuring compliance with External Cost Audit requirements for timely completion• Maintaining adequate compliance with Financial and Internal Control requirements• Working on the Computerized based Coal Net system for preparation of Vouchers and Pay Orders• Preparation of Cost Audit Compliance Report in consultation with Cost Auditor.• Preparation of Cost Audit Report Rules (CARR).• Preparation of all month/weekly end reports and associated schedules and statistics• Overseen budgeting and financial administration & account• Preparation of Estimated Financial Profitability statement for GM coordination meeting • Preparation of Cost Controlling Statement on monthly basis.• Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales• Handled all MONTH-END CLOSING activities in Costing.• In charge of Bank & Cash Book.Major Contribution Areas:a) Monthly Cost Sheetb) Inventory Valuationc) Bank Reconciliation Statement d) Budgetinge) Processing & Authentication of Sales billsf) Passing for payment HEMM Hiring , Transportation and Store billsg) Deep Scrutiny of Proposal and bills.h) Tender committee member of (Electrical & Mechanical) work.i) Core knowledge in Manufacturing Processj) Knowledge of CAS, Cost Audit Report Rules, and Cost Audit Record Rulesk) Cheque Singnatory.
