 Responsible for Site Management for the ambitious project of Amby Valley City (AVC). o The AVC Project is located in hills west of Lonavla in Pune District. The Hill Station has been designed as a resort destination catering initially to weekend and vacation occupancy. Eventually growing into a permanent residence community of approximately 30,000 total residences within a planned area of 10000 acres. Completed numerous projects in AVC, such aso 3 World cup enclave: World cup enclave with built up area 65,000sqft including all services, external development and interior. o Foundation, Interior and external development of Timer chalet: Work of about 104 no’s timber chalet is being carried out. There are 1BHK, 2BHK and 3Bhk chalet. Functioned as Project In Charge for complete civil & interior work.  Total cost of the project was to the tune of rupees 100 crores. Villa - Construction work of 300 no villas including all services with interior, plumbing (internal and external) and external development work is being carried out. There are English, Spanish, contemporary and composite types of villas.Area of villas varies from 4000 sqft to 8000 sqft. Infra – Construction of 30 km road water line sewer line cable trench and all services Total cost of the project was to the tune of rupees 600 crores.

Joined as Engineer, promoted as Sr. Engineer & rose to the position of Assistant Manager (Civil)• Planned & executed the : o Civil work of township construction including all type of buildings viz. Residential quarter consisting 500 flats hostels of 100 room capacity Rai school Shiva temple Security barrack 10 K.M sewer lines & water pipe line Sewage treatment plant of 600 m3 capacity Over head water tank of 3 lack liter capacity 20 K.M road and drains etc.o Steel plant including all civil activities like piling work (bore & driven), blast furnace foundation, conveyor belt foundation, sub station, roads, drainage.o Total cost of the project was to the tune of rupees 100 crores.

Commenced professional career with Usha Ispat Limited (Redi) GOA as G.E.T. Worked on project execution for blast furnace foundation, pig casting machine, raw water storage tank, thickner, cooling tower, sludge pump etc.
