Technologies & Solutions (under incorporation), Sunil continues his research in the field of Applied Lean Business Management & Performance Improvement tools & techniques.Sunil’s initial career progression of 25 years is in auto industry, in various leadership roles. He started as a trainee in mfg. engg. at Maruti-Suzuki, and later progressed to managerial roles at Daewoo Motors (formerly DCM Toyota), overseeing the establishment of world-class mfg. facilities based on Lean principles & layout. Over the years, Sunil held senior executive positions at MNC Tier-1 auto companies, where he led overall business accountability before transitioning into a global consulting role.At TBM Consulting, Sunil led consulting and training business across the Middle East, South & Southeast Asia, helping clients optimize their operations and implement Lean management practices. He then joined SIG, a global leader in aseptic packaging systems, as Head of Global CIS in Germany. At SIG, Sunil drove global Lean initiatives, developed a comprehensive CIS curriculum, and trained senior and mid-level leaders across multiple locations, delivering significant cost savings and operational improvements.Sunil’s expertise spans multiple industries, and his specialties include P&L mgmt, operational due diligence, business transformation, strategy creation & deployment, and green/brown field project setup. His consulting work has taken him across the globe, with extensive experience in India, Germany, the USA, Europe, Middle East, Brazil, China, and more.Sunil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Senior Management Degree from IIM Calcutta.
