During his association with public service he has worked with highest level of political and bureaucratic leadership (across all 28 states and 8 Union territories, 25 plus Union Ministries). He has provided critical leadership to world largest grass root volunteer organization (with presence in 600 plus districts of India, 30 lakhs plus volunteers,5 lakh plus villages) heading critical areas operation like Human Resource, Finance & Accounts, IT, Legal, Vigilance, Social Media Management.Sunil has extensive experience of working with various multilateral agencies (like United Nations, UNESCO, WHO, UNICEF) and international governments representing country for preparing framework and cooperation agreements specifically focusing on achievement of Sustainable Development Goals and other avenues of human welfare.
