We help Life Sciences companies transform the product commercialization journey to drive sales growth and improve healthcare outcomes for patients.My Responsibilities:- As an individual contributor, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and meet the talent needs of the R&D, Data Science / Analytics, and the Commercial Excellence LOBs; implemented strategies to attract the best and diverse talent primarily from Pharmaceutical industry.- Working on job requirement such as Data Scientist, Data Analytics, Machine Learning Engineer, Forecasters, Data Engineer, Full Stack Developer, UX designer and SalesOps consultant on daily basis.- Managed both leadership hiring (Director & above) as well as hiring at junior levels (Associate to Associate Director) as an individual contributor.- Created job descriptions, gathered requirements, and managed recruitment coordination with senior leadership.- Built strong relationships with hiring leaders, guiding the hiring process, and talent strategies.- Partnered with sourcing teams to fulfill niche and business-critical roles, and current & future talent pipelines.- Conducted competitor analysis, provided market intelligence & gathered feedback to refine recruitment strategies.- Ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
