- I am a senior Wholesale banker with strong customer orientation backed by senior level customer contact, having covered Large Indian Corporates, MNC’s, Emerging Corporates, SME, Micro-Finance Institutions & FI. Have good understanding of Treasury & Retail Banking - I am a member of Bank’s Executive Committee, ALCO, Risk Management Committee, and various other senior management committees. Have strong understanding of Banks balance sheet, and various drivers for improving key performance parameters - I’ve been involved in strategic decision making and providing leadership to businesses, both in start-up and mature life-cycles of a Bank. Successfully led and motivated large teams, with hands-on work experience in different geographies (India, UAE, New Zealand & Uganda), and cross-cultural experience- Ancillary to the above, had “hands-on“ experience in Risk Management & Remedial Management. Extensive experience in various products viz. International Debt Syndication, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Credit Administration, Regulatory Compliance and dealing with Central Bank. Setting up Strategic Alliances, Vendor negotiations. - When I am not working, I like to play a sport. Either an exhausting game of Squash, or a workout at the Gym, or on lazy days, a brisk walk.
