My responsibilities - Core Area of Expertise and industry knowledge;• Collaterals Management• Liaisoning with Banks• Cross-functional Coordination• Finance & Accounting • Internal Auditing• a) Financial Capital Markets – Proficiency in Managing and Monitoring the Operations-pertaining to Equity & Commodities Markets, Collaterals, Credit & Risk Management with key focus on top line profitability. b) Treasury- Corporate Banking & Financing – To Manage Relationship with Banks for Credit Facility like – Overdraft (OD/FD) for Working Capital Requirements, Bank Guarantees, Bulk Fixed Deposits, negotiate bank charges and interest cost, leasing analysis and pricing.c) Financial Analysis - Plugging of Income Leakages, Generate Revenue from Operations, Preparing MIS – Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly. To Report and Manage inter company’s funds- Cash efficiency, Loan Balances, Review Limits and interest rate periodically. d) Reconciliations (Front to Back, Document to System, Settlements) Accounts Payable & Receivables, General Accounting. Liaises and Coordinates with the Other Departments to ensure smooth functioning. Team Management, assisting the team members in day-to-day operations for smooth working.e) Software Testing (End-User)- Engage with IT Support for Process Automation and Optimization Solutions-Meet the Business and Technical requirements that guided in design and development to simplify company operations.f) Network – Extensive Network of Industry and relationship with key Stakeholders like Banks, Clearing Corporations, Trading Members and Clients.
