As a BDM, i worked on improving business for the company by building room inventory in various cities of Andhra Pradesh and expanded into new cities. We also work on managing monthly recons & P&L with the owners. We work on designing supply and pricing strategy for assigned area taking local factors into account.

Worked on establishing a sales & distribution channel for Mango Harvester in states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Northern Tamil Nadu.1. Identified potential & interested dealers & distributors in states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Northern Tamil Nadu based on criteria like product category(farm tools, pesticides & fertilizers etc.,), area of operation(network), interest & knowledge in new products etc.,2. Identified various actors in mango supply chain such as mango exporters, lesse, traders etc., apart from farmers, which helped in identifying avenues & platforms for promotion of the product such as mango traders’ associations, mango exporters’ associations, market yards etc.3. Captured suggestions for improvement in the product from various actors involved in supply chain.

We worked on qualitative assessment of Mission Kakatiya - An initiative of Government of Telangana to rejuvenate minor water bodies.1. To make an assessment of implementation of Mission Kakatiya.2. To make a qualitative study of issues faced by stakeholders and arrive at possible solutions.3. To identify best practices in other tank desiltation & renovation programs that can be replicated in Mission Kakatiya to improve its effectiveness.
