I have always pursued my passions, professionally and in my personal life.Passionate about technology in general, and more specifically Information Technology, the Internet of Things, Audio Visual technologies and System Integration for over 30 years. I have specialized in recommending, designing and implementing related solutions for over 30 years in the region, and am a trusted advisor to many.I am the Co-Founder of Imagine Group Limited and Imagine Technologies LLC. Being at ImagIne (http://www.imagine.ae ) is all about pursuing my passion for music, high performance audio /hi-fi and home theater, combined with automation and control. Due to my Information Technology in the Enterprise background, combined with my passion of Audio Visual Solutions, I have developed an in-depth understanding of "convergence" and AV over IP.My passion for music, and its reproduction to highest level in the home, led to the launch of GrooveHiFi.com, an e-commerce and retail (in the future) venture to bring the finest in high performance music systems to the home. My last “job” was the Head of Professional Services (Consulting and Support) at Microsoft Gulf and Eastern Mediterranean. I successfully developed and grew the Microsoft Professional Services business at over 100% per annum, for three successive years, by developing a very high-performance organization. Microsoft Services designs and implements solutions and provides support to all the leading Enterprises and Governments in the region. Before managing Microsoft Services, I was a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with a focus on messaging services and a deep understanding of Information Technology infrastructure. I was the Exchange Server product lead for Microsoft in the region. Prior to my roles at Microsoft, I was the Country Manager at a Lotus Premium Partner that focused on workflow solutions based on Lotus Notes and Microsoft’s BackOffice Suite. I have spent over 5 years with Dow Jones’s Real-Time Financial Data Delivery services division in various capacities, such as Technical Support, Sales and Product Marketing, and Technical Delivery.Prior to Dow Jones, I was with Middle East Bank and was involved in evaluating applications by Commercial Traders for Loans and Credit Facilities.
