Project Lead

• Excellent analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholders into functional/technical requirements.• Adept at preparing business requirements documents (BRD’s), defining project plans, writing system requirements specifications, and delivering project/status reports.• Lead and worked with teams to examine and solve business problems by accurately analyzing the needs of clients and helping them achieve improved quality and value for their customers and act as single point of contact.• Experience in conducting/facilitating high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development sessions with superior organization and presentation skills. • Expert at analyzing, designing, and reengineering systems applications and business processes and manage stakeholder relationships. • Develop full-scale program/project plans and associated communications documents. • Skilled at performing Gap analysis, Risk analysis, and Cost/Benefit analysis, along with good knowledge of process workflow tools and techniques. Accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements.• Familiar with MS Project to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, collaborate with different teams, and act as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates.• Preparation of Master Test Cases for every product family and maintenance of the Master Test Plan.• Exposure to data warehouse designing.• Accelerate and streamline MDM(Master Data Management), data integration, and data quality projects by reusing business rules• Experience in integrating data quality tools in Informatica using informatica data director. • Analyze the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test contribute in the resource, data mining, data modeling and effort estimation.
