Key Responsibilities:Participates in the planning of the project with project manager with respect to the goals of the projects, overall scheduling, risk analysis/contingency plan and installation checklists.Understanding the technical scope as defined in the contract and review deliverables across projects.Project preparation and planning – schedule of projects, budget review, sales order, kick of meetings etc.,Site meetings and coordinates, preparation and distributions of MOM, coordinates with client and vendor.Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinates activities and resolving problems. Control project plan by reviewing design, specification and plan, schedule changes and recommending actions.Attending FAT at vendor facilities, FAT documentation.Inspection of materials on delivery at site and acceptances.Conducting/Witnessing mechanical testing methods like – NDT, Pneumatic, Hydro test etc. of various mechanical equipment and piping.On site Erection, Installation and commissioning by ensuring highest level of installation standards and quality work.On-site management of the task force for the installation & commissioning activities.Ensure the sub-contractors are maintaining quality and working as per the project requirements.Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety procedures, rules and regulations.Maintain all documents and records in order for review & reporting of the project.Ensure on time completion/ handover of projects – both to internal and external teams.Reviewing the engineering drawings i.e. PFD, P&ID, GAD and helping design and drafting team to prepare as build drawings.Gathering and reviewing the vendor bids.Preparing and reviewing project deliverable documents i.e. Equipment list, Line list, PDS, TBA, Instrument index etc.

 Supervising all the construction activities involved in City Gas projects, underground Gas Distribution network including Sub Transmission Pipeline with Steel, MDPE, and GI Pipes etc. Coordinates with local/national authorities like Municipal Corporation, PWDs, NHAI, etc. for permission & Clearances, dealing with Suppliers and Contractors. Planning and execution for Site Survey, Route Planning. Pipe Sizing and Network Design. Assisting/ Supervising in Preventive Maintenance of network assets. Supervision, commissioning & monitoring involved in CGD Projects. Supervision and inspection of site activities and execution of the work as per tender specifications construction procedure, QA/QC Procedures, documentation and signing of inspection report, certification of bills/invoices ofcontractors/ Vendors. To inspect the Incoming material as per Specification. Ensuring the Compliance of all statutory requirements at site and Compilation of work performed with the required standard of quality. To check out Lowering, Trenching, Erection, Fabrication and Installation of MDPE/STEEL Pipes and witness of all activities in pipeline as per COP & SOP. Day to Day Site management for activities- Trenching, Jointing, Welding, NDT, Coating and Lowering. Preparing/ replying technical queries from the contractor. Attending weekly progress meetings with the owner, contractor and sub-contractors related to project issue. Preparation of HSE Matrix, Risk Management, PTW/Work Permits of project & operation activities, STC training, TBT and motivation of site teams. Providing Technical support/ supervision of trouble shooting and post commissioning works.

Maintain site and aware of Site Activities.  Guide staff for proper operation & maintenance of generators, pumps, Cranes, Transformer, Fire Fighting system, HT Breakers & capacitor panels etc.  Operation of plant is based on PLC-SCADA System.  Taking Operation & Maintenance of submersible axial flow pumps 500 KW and DG Set of 1500kVA with the help of SCADA and as well as manual.  Maintaining operation and maintenance daily and monthly base record.
