Refinery upgradation with new CDU/VDU, hydroprocessing units, Sulphur block units, water treatment and large footprint of offsite modifications. Project under advance construction/commissioning stage• Process Manager for Adnoc FEED competition Project- Naphtha Upgradation with Axens's new CCR unit and refinery integration- NHT, Naphtha splitter, utilities and offsite facilities. Bid submitted for EPC• Adnoc's CO2 recovery and injection (CRI) EPC project. Extracting CO2 from tail gas in Sulphur unit and injection into wells for enhance oil recovery . Responsible for project review and integrity assurance.• Executed grassroot KNPC MAB Clean Fuel project (3.7b USD) under JV with Samsung and CB&I as lead process engineer for Petrofac portion• FEED and Licensor selection for Algeria's Skikda refinery upgradration with new conversion units and EPC bidding. Licensor UOP for Hydrocracking unit• Executed EPC project of Fadhili Gas program of Aramco (1.7b USD) in lead process and interface manager's role interfacing with 7 other contractors• Integrity assurance review of Oman's Sohar Refinery integration project and RAPID Malaysia for Sulphur block units• Executed QP Gas upgrade project as lead process engineer along with B&V US team • Executed KOC GC upgrade project and revamp of existing six GC facilities• FEED projects and Bidding proposals for North Kuwait's GC, Aramco Midyan field development, KOC Jurassic Crude Production project• Bid proposal for Borouge-3 polyolefin complex along with Daelim

Key technology tasks:• PDP for Novolen Polypropylene technology; Lummus Delayed Coker Unit at Petrojam Kingston, Jamaica; Delayed Coker Unit at BORL, Bina, India. • PDP ENAP Hydrocracker project, in Chile with Chevron Hydrocracking Technology team• PDP for FCC-INDMAX Technology at IOCL Paradip, India, FCC unit at Lukoil Perm, Russia. • CO2 capture and sequestration demonstration project for Alstom, Sweden.

- Performed FEED verification and Bid proposal for Harweel field development of PDO .- KOC oil field upgradtion in North and south Kuwait oil fields and Oil & Gas transportation.

• Conducted feasibility study for C2/C3 pipeline passing through offshore route to IPCL Nagothane.• Reliance Gas development business conceptual studies and East West Pipeline project.

Key task accomplished:• Concept developed and FEED for North Gujarat, at ONGC Mehsana Onshore Field.• Implementation of indigenous NTGG technology at GAIL LPG facilities ,Vaghodia• Feasibility study for gas sweetening at Sonatrach, Algeria • Detail Engineering for MRPL Expansion project, Haldia Petrochemicals project.
