About Sunil Kumar

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Member of Executive Board at Frontline Logistics Group, I lead the strategic and operational management of HR across 12 countries and 24 offices with a growing strength of 600 plus employees, along with Board responsibilities related to other companies within the Group. During my 29 years of experience in various industry domains in GCC & India, including Logistics & Supply Chain, Hospitality, Education, Construction & Engineering, Oil & Gas, Consulting, Pharmaceutical & Retail, where I have successfully implemented HR transformation and growth initiatives, aligned HR policies and practices with the company's vision, mission, and values, and contributed to the strategic and operational decision-making of the Organizations.
