Leading the work of the club's charitable arm - City in The Community. Programs provide education and employment opportunities, whilst also improving gender equity and wellbeing outcomes.

Work in close collaboration with partners including DHL, World Rugby and Rugby World Cup 2021 to maximise digital, communications and reporting for ChildFund's Sport for Development Programs across Asia and the Pacific.

Developing and managing the implementation of the T20 World Cup Community Engagement strategy alongside the ICC, Cricket Australia, Host City partners, media and community organisations - working across schools, multicultural communities and cricket clubs/associations across Australia.

Facilitating the increased involvement in Australian Football of people from multicultural communities at all levels and areas of the game by engaging government, key multicultural community organisations, stakeholders, ambassadors, leaders and not for profit organisations.

Working between the Charlton Athletic Community Trust and Football Club to promote the club's extensive community work and fundraising for local initiatives and programs including men's health, disability, diversity and education programs. .

Maximize community and fan engagement to create demand for over 1 million ticket sales across 14 Cities. This involved strengthening partnerships between government (all tiers), major cricket stakeholders, media and corporate sponsors to increase recognition for cricket, whilst creating positive lasting legacies locally and internationally for cricket and government through increased participation, tourism, trade and education.

Working with the Victorian and Australian sport sector to be more inclusive of newly arrived communities through the State Sporting Association Participation Program (SSAPP) funded by VicHealth.
