• Cycle counting (Perpetual counting) based on system generated parts, Physical Inventory verification– Cycle counting of parts daily, approvals for PID posting & Internal Audit management for accuracy ininventory.• To conduct Yearly wall-to-wall (ABC) parts counting & analyses differences between them to accuratethe System stock (SAP vs physical.• Preparing Invoices of job-work, Returnable, and Non-returnable material. Also reconciliation withvendors about the material stock. Responsible for vendor reconciliation and getting stock statements atevery month-end from the vendor.• MIS report generation to meet performance management requirements. Prepare inventory report dailybases Maintaining & monitoring daily stocktaking, perpetual inventory statements.• Handling stores related activities like Receiving, making GE &GRN, Inventory control, etc. Warehousemanagement like TR-TO & MIGO.• Ensure compliance with laws with respect to warehousing, material handling, and shippingrequirements. Maintaining Receipts, verification, Storage & Issues of goods as per FIFO.• Tracking ECN & ECM implementation on part level to tractor level & ensuring TDR copy’s for postings.• Warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security and safety proceduresand protocols.• Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials to maximize the availability ofworking capital. Categorizing, approvals & disposal of non-moving materials. Ensuring proper disposalof scrap and rejection m• of materials to meet the requirement.• Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on-time deliveries.

Interact with clients and project team to plan and develop project work. Review and edit all client communication documents. Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed. Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner. Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals. Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope. Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications. Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis. Provide daily client services from project start to end. Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
