- Managing a team of analysts undertaking performance measurement and analysis of Equity & Fixed income mutual/life/pension funds.- Quality checks to ensure data accuracy.- Client facing - Interaction with Fund Managers and Product Specialists.- Exposure to various (A) performance analytical applications like BISAM, POINT and LIM(Lipper), Hi-performance, Statpro. (B) Reconciliation tools like SSR (Smart stream reconciliation), PIMS etc.- Preparing Process maps, FMEA and SIPOC for the process.

- Risk & Return Analysis, investigating performance against daily, weekly & periodic benchmark Return.- Handling Adhoc queries from fund managers and Product Specialist.- Undertaking Quality Checks to monitor work done by team members to ensure data accuracy.- Presentation of Management Reports to Senior Management team highlighting the performance of different asset classes of funds and the reason for under or over performance.- GIPS reporting and Conversion of funds from Statpro to BISAM.

- Fund Performance Analysis and Ad hoc report generation

- Performance Measurement and analysis of unitized and securitized funds.- Quality Checks to ensure accurate data.- Provide substantiation of fund returns against Benchmark returns.- Interaction with various teams - Operations, Trade Administration, Data Management and other functional teams.- Participants return to fund return reconciliation for unitized funds.- Benchmark Maintenance.

- Smart stream reconciliation of cash security holdings and security transactions.- Identifying the cause and resolving the breaks encountered during the reconciliation process.- Forward & Position reconciliations.- Following up with various counter parts regarding the position breaks.- Research on various breaks : open trades, corporate actions, pricing issue, back dated entry of accounting data issue etc.
