 Handling Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual filings of PF, PTax, ESI, Income tax and other Statutory compliance for PAN India Clients Preparation of Check list, Compliance calendar and trackers to ensure the seamless statutory day to day operation. Handling employees help desk on benefits, Income tax and FCP claims (onsite/ offsite) Processing reimbursements claims and sending inputs to Payroll Administrator  Validating year end investment proofs and providing input to Payroll Administrator Validating and processing of reimbursement claims and investment proofs as per company policy and statutory limitation Maintaining various labour law legislations, amendments, notification & forms as knowledge centre and providing time to time update to compliance team. Liaising with Fund managers/ insurance authorities for employees’ group insurance scheme, gratuity, superannuation, group insurance and accident cover policy & co-coordinating for premium calculation and settlements.
