RecruitmentBe responsible for the recruitment of store staffs for MaxMara, WeekendMaxMara, MAX&Co. etc. total 8 brands, 40 exciting stores (about 320 headcounts) and new stores.1) Evaluate & Analysis for the recruitment channel / HC planning for new opening stores in Shanghai. 2) Establish Wechat public account and in charge of all the routine work of the channel.3) relevant reports and analysis (vacancy / turnover rate etc.) for recruitment.2.C&B1) In charge of the payroll for stores level & retail operation employees (around 400 employees).2) Hiring and termination management, employee attendence management, and HRIS (SAP) maintence / record / updated whenever it is needed.3) Manage vender to take HR initiatives on social security by linking with government policy change/update. Check vender's payment every month.4) Communicate with vender to complete the commercial health insurance project.5) Follow the policies of country % company, offer Q&A to employees, and deal with employees' issue.6) Provide data base & necessary analysis per line manager's request (relevant report etc.)3.TrainingBe the trainer of the orientation to new joiners.
