I started at TAPS Fish House and Brewery in September 1999 as a server. After a short time I started assisting the management team opening the restaurant, doing comps, making cuts to the floor and assisting the controller with payroll and other tasks. In 2009 once my daughter went away to school I became a service manager. I worked my way up to general manager for both the Brea and Corona locations and am now Director of Service for Tableside Partners since June 2020.
