Project Title: IndusTOC (Tower Operation Centre) implementation (All TOC Objectives, Operation & Technology for building TOC with the Help of Vendor TTI Telecom Israel(developer and provider of next generation Operations Support Systems (OSS) to large communications service providers) & BMC-Remedy System (IT Service Management Suite reduces complexity and makes customer support, change management and asset management integrated and efficient).Roles & Responsibilities • Successfully implemented I&IT applications in NOC alarm monitoring program of Multi OSS connectivity/alarms standardization from Ericsson, Nokia via MPLS network from16 locations to centralized NOC for fetching & monitoring cell site alarms until Network Operations centre.• Worked with Project Managers, Business Analysts, developers and administrators for developing, implementing and monitoring of telecom solution software in the NOC and management of the overall administration of LAN and WAN in the network.• Supervises and schedules multiple infrastructure projects by performing project assessment, creating schedules, Sprints, releases, assigning resources and addressing gaps to ensure projects timelines and deliverables are achieved as budgeted.• Identifies, assesses and communicates operational risks (e.g. infrastructure availability, capacity, performance and health) and makes recommendations to mitigate risks/resolve infrastructure problems and maintain security posture for the infrastructure operations.• Manages team to deliver Vendor performance of service & commitments in the agreements. • Participated in the development of strategic, tactical plans & budgets.
