FP&A Vendor Funding Marketing Opex Finance Analyst (1.5 years)• Financial analysis for Dell FPNA Vendor Funding, managed to handle various types of vendors funding and ensure all funding are received in proper manner and complied with vendors’ requirement. Coordination with marketing team to ensure funds were spent wisely and meeting the target.• Lead the team of 7 in order to meet and exceed the requirement from stakeholders. Merger and Acquisition Accounting APAC Team Lead (3.5 years)• Lead of the APJ LE rationalization team. Alignment with global and legacy team on rationalization / Accounting processes. • Playing lead role in accounting team for the APJ integration team particularly in the transfer of business. Dealing with Legal/ Corporate Secretary / US Corporate Accounting / External Consultant / Liquidator / Government Agencies / External Auditor / Tax Agent and Legacy team senior management for the liquidation processes. • Being the lead for Projects like 1 Malaysia Merger / Indonesia Sales Office Migration / Setup of new entity in Vietnam and Pakistan (Accounting) and other business migration. Team Lead for Statutory & Tax Accounting (1 year) • Dealing with external and internal auditors and tax agent to ensure compliance during the preparation and audit for statutory. Lead the team of 6 in audit and tax planning for the year. • Work on GL closing (review of journal entries and accounts reconciliations) to ensure all documentations and working are properly recorded and complied to US GAAP and local SOX compliance.

• Group account consolidation and assist in cash flow planning to ensure corporate finances are carried out in cost efficient manner• Review of subsidiaries accounts and support audit / tax and adhoc survey from government authorities (Economic Development Board (EDB))• Assist in oversee company’s taxation matters relation to GST and withholding tax for overseas countries• 4 indirect report subordinates. • Achievement - Best value migration from Singapore to Penang Branch office.

• Being pioneer group for setting up the shared service center for Corporate Finance in Penang• Involved in knowledge transfer and standardization of processes for other overseas entities• Monthly closing activities (eg. Balance sheet reconciliation & balance sheet health check) / budget forecasting for RND (GSG) departments and monitoring inter companies charges• Lead for corporate governance and compliance for South East Asia Countries• Review departmental budget versus actual for variance analysis• Handled tax related matters relates to corporate tax and withholding tax. • 4 indirect report subordinates. • Achievement - Awarded CFO Awards for being part of pioneer team for the formation of COE in Penang.

• Handling tax related matters for regional offices – Penang / Kuala Lumpur and Singapore sales office• Ensure of proper tax compliance including withholding tax compliances• Being lead for the RND for Double Deductions to Inland Revenue Board and Grants Reimbursement application. • Main contact person for the company to government authority like MITI, MIDA and IRB• Achievement – successfully obtained RM3.2mil cash reimbursement for the company from MIDA

• Preparation of complex tax computations for corporate and personal taxation for submission to IRB• Liaise with local authorities like MITI, MIDA and IRB on tax related matters on behalf of clients• Assist in tax planning for clients and management• Involving in tax incentive / double deduction application and preparation• Portfolio consist of multinational companies like Motorola , Dell, Agilent, Sharp Roxy and etc where involvement not only in corporate taxation but also in transfer pricing study and tax audit• Lead 2 junior team members• Achievement - Main person in handling for the launching of new tax system for the department in Penang office
