I manage the Financial Service Associate’s (tellers) at the Credit Union. I am hands on with their training and growth throughout their time on my team. I ensure that each new teller understands all policies and procedures that are set in place by the Credit Union and Federal Government. I enjoy watching them find their footing in the banking industry and help guide them to their next position. I know I have done my job well when they move up from the Financial Service Associate position.I do my best to ensure all procedures are up to date. I will even write procedures to make sure the every day duties even easier for my team.I thoroughly enjoy the many hats that I get to wear at Meridia, as it allows me the opportunity to see and be a part of the many areas of the Credit Union.

During my time at Citizens Community Federal, I learned how to handle cash with accuracy, balance my drawer and vault along with having meaningful conversations with customers. I was given the responsibility of ordering cash and opening/closing accounts. I would take the initiative to learn how to do something if I didn't know how to, such as, gathering the correct documents for new customers and loans. Eventually, I knew how to do effectively handle all branch duties and know how to delegate those tasks to others.
