I have been working in the banking industry since 2011. I enjoy working with members and helping them reach their financial goals.I build relationships quickly with members by being relaxed and open. Not only do I focus on my loan goals and helping members in my office, I work closely with the teller line to help support and give direction. I am proficient in outbound calling, meeting goals and balancing walk-ins and appointments. I am a dedicated, hardworking individual that was promoted to Senior Universal Banker when there was no open position.In my new role as as supervisor, I enjoy building relationships with my team. I like watching them grow and do my best to encourage their curiosity. I enjoy being able to educate them and feel accomplished when they understand the policies that the Credit Union has in place along with any Federal Government laws. I know that praising my team, focusing on the good rather than the bad, will help push them to do their best. It will even give them the courage to take on more duties and strive for more at the Credit Union.
