In my second stint with Western union, I was entitled with the responsibility of recruiting great talent for its Payments Business. Although the day to day activities were similar to what I did earlier, I recruited product talent as well this timeTwo months into this stint, I received stakeholder appreciation for sourcing and recruiting quality candidates.

I recruited talent for the payments business of HSBC, also known as Payment Data Lake between February 2018 and October 2018. I also had the opportunity to recruit for another business of HSBC called RBWM during this period, this role included all the recruiting activities a Senior Recruiter can imagine, it started with completing the requisition intake.

• Ramp up IT Talent for Payments business of Western Union in pune.
• Advise stakeholders on the available talent pool, for both niche/vanilla skills, in the market post which understand their current and future manpower needs.
• Come up with recruitment strategies, for both niche/vanilla skills, and implement them to improve selection ratio and joining.
• Source best IT talent, through different sourcing channels like naukri, monster and linkedin, under tight deadlines to ensure that the hiring for respective wave is successful.
• Parallely, source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews on week days for other verticals and ensure that the needs of the stakeholders are met.
• Ensure that every candidate has good interview experience.I was awarded a cash award for recruiting critical talent within a span of 3 months

Pune Area, India

• Responsible for enlisting best IT talent for IBU, TUS 10, TUS 12, TUS 14, TUS 19, TUS 06, TUS 13, the AT & T business, in Tech Mahindra. Recently entrusted with a responsibility of hiring candidates for IBU VHA, IBU 2.
• Collaborate with, the IBU/IBG heads, on weekly calls to understand the open requisitions and set clear expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to hire best talent within the given SLA and achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the interview panels, and follow up regularly, with them and the candidates, to keep the time to fill in control.
• Plan, interview, decide, negotiate on offers
• Ensure all the prospects have a good candidate experience.

Pune Area, India

• Manage the hiring for two business units, Insurance & solutions, and meet the recruitment goals, across all levels, in the organization.
• Sourcing the candidates through job portals, networking, LinkedIn and vendors.
• Collaborate with, the India delivery head, senior managers, to understand the open requisitions and set clear expectations.
• Develop relationships with the interview panels, and follow up regularly, with them and the candidates, to keep the time to fill in control.
• Send a weekly update, about the hiring status, to the stakeholders and engage with them regularly.
• To, take a face to face HR Interview for those candidates who are shortlisted, negotiate the offer and keep a strong follow up.

Pune Area, India

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle that includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation and joining.
• Understand the requirement, from the client, and prepare the job description accordingly.
• Hunting the candidates, through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and conducting the preliminary telephonic interview.
• After the preliminary round, send the profiles to the client and arrange interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
• Carrying out all the correspondence related with recruitment; e-mails, telephonic conversations Track reports / status of interviews
• Regular follow up calls to the candidate and ensure there are no back outs.
