1. NPI (new production introduction):- Souring for components and achieving low BOM cost- Support R&D to do the PCB layout- Support CM and RD to make prototypes - Mechanical support: tooling , first prototypes, part numbers, gold samples …- BOM cost estimation - Support R&D to get Certification for new products- Support SW at Shanghai office to make some modification on new prototypes 2. Manufacturing and logistic support:- Quality checking- Support Manufacturing issues or some delivery issues at CM or suppliers- Support the lifecycle issues for products and Components (excess materials, new alternatives for EOL components)- Support the ECN (Engineering change) on products, e.g. the firmware change, hardware changes…- Cost reduction (review the BOM cost and try to get cost reduction work with CM or suppliers)- Support some issues between component supplier and CM- Manufacturing test support- Review the product manufacturing process and documentations from CM 3. Commercial support:- RFQ review and cost comparison - Do cost review and reduction with CM and supplier regularly

1.Complete and communicate accurate DFM analysis information on all new customer products 2.Direct and execute NPI activity for assigned customer(Cisco)3.Design and procure production tooling (Stencil, Wave Pallet, Jigs & Fixtures)4.Assure accurate work instructions and visual aids are available5.Develop wave and reflow profiles

1. Create new product Manufacturing Implementation Plan for all products to track manufacturing progress. 2. Develop, write and/or track prototype changes (PCN) to insure producibility and manufacturability. 3. Design material flow into product process 4. Review all design to ensure that "design for manufacturability/producibility has been incorporated. 5. Identify manufacturing technology changes required for product and works with the contract manufacturer in its preparation for product introduction.6. Manage all prototype and pilot build programs. 7. Manage the process verification and audit the contract manufacturer, monitor the quality and delivery for all product lines.8. Evaluate the manufacturing and test cost projections for new products.9. Coordinate the RMAs analysis with contract manufacturer(Delta).10. Purchase the components for the hardware lab. And Support the HW engineer to debug the new products at shanghai design center.

1. Co-work with RD/mechanical/Layout engineer. to review the PCB design and output DFM files for release 2. Purchase all the components for the prototype, and contact the local OEM factory to complete the prototype3. Prototype or Pilot run Execution (control the contact manufacturer’s quality and delivery, cost);The production data collection, The MFG issues feedback 4. The technique transfer (support the mass production and act as the contact window between Design team with manufacturer)5. BOM /S.O.P review and checkingCheck the BOM structure and component selection6. Search the new components for RD and help to create some second source7. Define the new project work flow 8. Deport the project status to manager
