I'm honored, humbled, and incredibly proud to have served the Benjamin Logan Local School District family as it's Superintendent.

Provided professional development and curriculum and data analysis support to teaching staff as well as district and building level administrators and the District Leadership Team. This was a position that Fairbanks'​ Superintendent, Bob Humble, contacted my then Superintendent, Dr. Rick Smith about, asking if Fairbanks could purchase some of my days from the North Union Local School District to help them with data analysis and professional development, particularly with their implementation of the Northwest Evaluation Association's Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) assessment product, and the data that it provides to teachers to better inform their instructional decision making. I consider it an honor to have been sought out to help with their journey in MAP as well as other data analysis such as OAA/OGT or ACT results. I am very excited to have had the opportunity to have worked with Superintendent Humble, Principals Mark Lotcyz and Tom Montgomery, Director of Special Services, Ann Arthur, and the rest of the teaching and learning staff across the district at Fairbanks Local Schools.

This was a position that Mechanicsburg Superintendent, Danielle Prohaska, contacted my then Superintendent, Dr. Rick Smith about, asking if Mechanicsburg could purchase some of my days from the North Union Local School District to help them with data analysis and professional development, particularly with their implementation of the Northwest Evaluation Association's Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) assessment product, and the data that it provides to their elementary school teachers to better inform their instructional decision making. I consider it an honor to have been sought out to help with the start of their journey in MAP. I'm very excited to have had the opportunity to work with Superintendent Prohaska, Elementary Principal Cathryn Petticrew and the rest of the wonderful staff at Dohron Wilson Elementary School.

I oversaw all State and Federal Programs and their related budgets including Title 1 grants through the Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan. I was the chair of our district's Race to the Top initiatives. I worked with teachers and building level leadership staff to provide appropriate individualized professional development opportunities to best meet the needs of our staff. I managed all teacher and support staff licensure, and headed the District's Local Professional Development Committee as it's Chairperson. I also worked to continually expand and evaluate district program offerings such as additional Advanced Placement courses or Collegiate options for our High School students through dual enrollment and other avenues. I managed all budgets relating to any existing curricular purchases as well as any related program expansion options. I regularly presented to our Board of Education about the initiatives that are taking place in our district. I worked side by side with the district's Superintendent to lead the district forward.

Ensure a safe, secure learning environment where students are challenged every day. Increased achievement every year I was there. First school in the district to achieve "Excellent with Distinction" rating by the Ohio Department of Education under my guidance and leadership.

I taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades at McGuffey Elementary school and West Main Intermediate.
