Technical Operations Manager & Property Manager for Hope Media Ltd.(Hope 103.2/Inspire Digital/Hope News/Hope Online)I lead a technology team of 5 staff to maintain and provide support for all the transmission broadcasting, studios technology, studio IT and Office IT across 4 sites. I ensure that the broadcast technical standards and quality is maintain at all times. Some of my responsibilities included: • Ensure broadcast equipment is functioning effectively • Conduct preventative maintenance on broadcast and technical equipment • Plan, arrange and determine technical requirement for outside broadcast including coordinating resources• Plan and manage capital expenditure and operational expenditure• Provide expert technical advice over organizations direction as part of senior executive team• Implement and maintain an AoIP network of 6 studios using the Axia LiveWire+ protocol.• Implement RCS Zetta deployment and upgrades at multiple sites• Maintain RCS Zetta in a site-replication setup to 4 sites and 6 stations.• Provide technical support and training to technology staff and content providers• Keep up to date with new technology • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspection at transmitter sites • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers of broadcast, IT and building equipment• Oversee and assist in the maintenance of building/property works• Plan, coordinate and execute projects in timely• Develop project plans and schedules for implementation• Ensure all documentation is clear and accurate on completion I have planned and executed and number of outside broadcasts.A couple of Live International OBs: • CBM Miracles Day 2017 OB – 6 stations 5 days live from the Philippines (Hope 103.2, 96five, TheLight89.9, LifeFM 107.9, SonshineFM Perth, Vision FM & Luke & Susie Show)• CBM Miracles Day 2018 OB – 6 stations, 5 days live from the Vietnam (Hope 103.2, 96five, TheLight89.9, LifeFM 107.9, SonshineFM Perth, Vision FM & Luke & Susie Show)
