1.Develop,drive and implement staffing strategy and recruitment plan.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers,HR team and Bu staffing teams to ensure staffing strategy and activity is aligned with business needs.2.Directly handle Middle and top manager and all departments recruitment in Headquarters .3.Set up and improve recruiting process and system.4.Manage and optimize external staffing vendors and channels.Allocate resources to meet key-position recruitment requirements in BU.5.Support and help BU HR to fulfill difficult/rugent positions.In charge of new field recruitment in SUPOR,including E-commercial ,Social Media ,Supor Life Stone,etc.6.In charge of all recruitment projects with SEB Group.7.Set up and maintain talent pool.
