- Managing a $6M+ book of business, cross-selling new product lines and improving service levels to all US locations- Conducted pricing analysis on $25M+ business across multiple product lines, this analysis was used to further segment teams customer base and resulted in +23% EBITDA YoY- Designed and launched an ecommerce solution, building inventory, pricing, and advertising processes - Negotiated new contracts with national distribution partner, securing next decade of growth together through joint brand development deal- Submitted sales forecasts on a monthly basis for a $25M business unit

- Demand planning and analysis for $20M + in product spend across 3 distinct business units- Maintaining inventory health and procurement KPIs, building reports for management and clients - Collaborating with sales teams to improve inventory turnover by 18% improving profitability and cash flow- Audit and approve invoices from 3PL partners, evaluate performance of these partners and implemented processes to decrease costs on a lb/mile basis- Analyzed customer contracts in conjunction with inventory holding and transportation costs to identify solutions for sales teams to bring to customers
