My career began with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, but an early transition into HR was made, starting at Kalisma Steel Pvt Ltd.★ Under the guidance of Mr. Birendra K Jha, General Manager – Human Resources, I gained extensive experience across various HR functions, from campus recruitment to bulk hiring and beyond. Since 2017, I have independently managed HR responsibilities, leveraging my technical background and advanced HR education to excel in technical recruitment and broader HR functions. My experience spans multiple manufacturing / appliances OEM / premium construction industries, where I have successfully built and structured teams for greenfield projects, fostered positive work cultures, and implemented strategic HR initiatives aligned with management’s vision. ★ A pivotal moment in my career came after being coached by leading international business coaches.
