Currently act as Project Manager for the project of Modernization and computerization of 24 border check posts and establishment of Data Center at Mumbai. Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd has contracted by Maharashtra State Government for Civil, Electrical and IT works. HCL is sub-contracted by SIPL for Supply, Installation , Testing , Commissioning (SITC) of Hardware and Application development for the Project. Responsible for project Implementation, Warranty Service & Maintenance of IT & Electronic equipments supplied for the project. Co-ordination with Customer, Government Departments, vendors,OEM’s and end users for executing the project. Reporting to Project Director. Project Documentation, Billing & collections. Spares & Inventory Management. Preparing Solution for New requirements of the Project. Preparing Cost sheet and Margin sheet. Getting approvals from various agencies as per project requirement. Handled the Service & maintenance of L-3 communication manufactured X-ray based baggage scanner in western region. Co-ordination with Software Development Team,main contractor, vendors and OEM’s for executing the project. Project Documentation, Billing & collections.Getting Clearance of Import shipment of spares & complete RMA procedure for exporting shipment.

Act as the Service Manager for the maintenance of X-ray based container scanning system. Handled the installation and maintenance of X-Ray baggage scanning systems, Explosive detectors at Mumbai International Airport, other Western Region Airports and VVIP places. Handle the maintenance system of 9MeV X-ray based and Gamma ray based Container scanning system at JNPT. Formulate operational strategies for the quality function by carrying out long term and short term quality planning in line with the organization requirements, ensuring proper facilities across the units for smooth operations. Oversee & manage the maintenance team of container scanning systems to provide 365 days day/ night support (post sales) for Gamma ray based mobile system & X-ray based Relocatable system installed at JNPT by Indian customs. Supervise the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of wide ranges of mechanical stationary & equipments in the project. Handle the breakdowns, replacements of faulty parts & commissioning for smooth & effective operations. Carry out a safety inspection, safety investigation, route cause analysis and testing activities at site operations. Manage the hardware and networking requirements/ peripherals computers used with the systems. Report to the Dy. GM (Technical).
