As a dedicated faculty member at the Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal, I am committed to advancing the field of optometry through education, research, and clinical practice. My professional journey includes clinical practice at both the B.P. Koirala Lions Center for Ophthalmic Studies and Lookscart Eye Clinic and Opticals. My areas of expertise encompass optics, ophthalmic dispensing, contact lens fitting (with a focus on specialty contact lenses), and the analysis of corneal topography.In addition to my clinical and teaching responsibilities, I serve as a co-guide for research projects undertaken by Bachelor of Optometry (B. Optom) students at Tribhuvan University, Maharajgunj Medical Campus. I am also the author of a licensing preparation book for Bachelor’s in Optometry and an entrance preparation guide for Master’s in Optometry.Passionate about teaching and patient care, I continuously seek opportunities to contribute to the optometry community and help shape the future of eye care..
