• Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager. • Review and plan the project with the Construction Manager to ensure technical aspects of job are clear and to become familiar with contractual arrangements made with client. • Planning and overview of Offsite Panelisation in the Workshop. • Liaise with Construction Superintendent to ensure job is on schedule on Site. • Liaise with Client on all technical aspects of the project. • Provides a focal point for all technical based queries for associated sub-contractors. • Ensure all SI’s and NCR’s followed up and promptly closed off along with the client and/or subcontractors. • Overviews the entire project (within disciplines) from an engineering view point while maintaining an open approach to all problems. • Attends meeting with client on all disciplines of the work. • Prepares with the Quality Manager all ITP’s, FIC’s, MDR’s and associated Project Specific Procedures. • Ensures that the quality requirements of the client are adhered to and that company procedures are followed. • Provides written reports on engineering activities as required by the Construction Manager. • Fabrication works in the workshop and ensuring delivery to client on-time and within schedule.

• Reporting to the Construction Manager. • Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Stacker.• Review and plan the project with the Construction Manager to ensure technical aspects of job are clear and to become familiar with contractual arrangements made with client. • Liaise with Client on all technical aspects of the project. • Attends meeting with client on all disciplines of the work. • Prepares all ITP’s, FIC’s, MDR’s and associated Project Specific Procedures. • Ensures that the quality requirements of the client are adhered to and that company procedures are followed. • Provides written reports on engineering activities as required by the Construction Manager.

Argyle Diamond Mine

Responsibilities include:-• Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager.• Liaise with Construction Superintendent to ensure job is on schedule on Site. • Provides a focal point for all technical based queries for associated sub-contractors. • Provides engineering advice for sub suppliers. • Overviews the entire project (within disciplines) from an engineering view point while maintaining an open approach to all problems. • Attends meeting with client on all disciplines of the work.• Liaise with design and detailing houses as required. • Prepares with the Quality Manager all ITP’s, FIC’s, MDR’s and associated Project Specific Procedures. • Ensures that the quality requirements of the client are adhered to and that company procedures are followed. • Ensures that the survey of installations throughout the project is conducted in a professional manner with all results being reviewed and accepted by United Maintenance. All actions resulting from these surveys are coordinated by the Engineer until completion. • Provides written reports on engineering activities as required by the Construction Manager. • Assessment of risks and hazards involved in tasks, and methods to manage the hazards in order to prevent incidents, injury and damage.

Responsibilities include:-• Reporting to the Construction Manager.• Apply codes or identify alternatives and solutions to exceptions and devise new approaches to problems encountered. • Provide technical management and quality control & assurance for all contractors’ works on site. • Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work. • Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications as required during site installation. • Inform other Project Engineers of changes to design and/or scope that may impact deadlines, workloads, or assignments of the team and project budget. • Stay abreast of, the project design and construction schedules. Provide input to client on design schedule requirements. • Control and monitor contractor costs and variations. • Monitor project scope creep and work with (Sr.) Project Manager on delivery of any additional client service requests. • Develop satisfactory client relationships to ensure repeat business for the firm. • Attend project coordination meetings with clients and contractors as required and internal project coordination meetings. • Participate and contribute to a team effort, exchanging ideas and recommending improvements. • Delivery of all client supplied items incl. steel and mechanical components. • Reporting of any NCR for all client supplied items as required on-time.

Responsibilities include:-• Assist in development of Preliminary scope of works and budget estimate; • Develop Methodology statements for proposed works; • Procurement of equipment and services; • Budget management, completion of project budget reports; • Provided key support to the mechanical engineering projects across every section of refurbishment; • Management of plant upgrade and maintenance activities such as; mill civil repairs, structural steelwork replacement, and other equipments; • Ongoing cost and progress reporting functions; • Implement and coordinate with other disciplines engineering support activities. • Develop Methodology statements for proposed works; and • Procurement of equipment and services.
