Current1) VTM: My main responsibility while working on this project is to change the required dependencies which are compatible with the legacy mongo driver and also to make the code changes like replacing old method with the new one and alternative for old methods so that the normal flow of all services can be maintained without disturbing other services VTM is a web-based application designed to streamline the tracking and management of technical issues in networking devices. It allows users to create and manage tickets for reported issues, providing detailed descriptions, priority levels, and status updates, ensuring efficient resolution and regular progress tracking2) COTS:Led the analysis, planning, and development of technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration with user requirements andproject goals.• Independently designed and developed sophisticated PDF and Excel documents, and implemented new REST APIs to enhance system functionality and performance.• Diagnosed and resolved formatting and data-related bugs in document code, significantly improving overall system reliability and user experience.3) RFR (Red Flag Review)Spearheaded the analysis, planning, and development of technical specifications, ensuring seamless alignment with user requirementsand project objectives.• Independently designed and developed PDF and Excel document generation features, and implemented new REST APIs to support enhanced functionality and additional features.• Effectively resolved development environment bugs and played a key role in crafting detailed release documentation for sprint cycles, ensuring clarity and completeness for successful deployments.
