I am a motivated Software Engineering graduate with extensive knowledge of software development, testing, IoT architecture and excellent communication skills.Currently, I am working as an Information System Officer intern at Paspaley Pearling Co. Ltd. I am involved in helpdesk role to solve customer’s issues either on-phone or on-site. My excellent communication and problem-solving skills make me the first point of contact for customer interaction. My main role is to involve in Software development process, from building requirements, coding to testing and deployment of software. It’s pleasure to work in this field with different industry professionals, where I get to network with interesting people, thriving towards the same goal. During my university study, I have developed some eye-catching projects:• IT code fair voting app:This enables individuals attending IT code fair award to be able to vote only once from mobile phone. It eradicates the use of paper voting system which was used until now.• Smart Lighting System:This IoT project aims to reduce the cost of lighting system by use of automatic street light system that can be operated through mobile phone.
