For few sources extraction was done by connecting to source systems via SAP Data Services while in some cases had to build extract files. In both the scenarios post validation of the Pre-Load files by functional owners, these had to be loaded via LSMW. SAP Data Services postload jobs were built to obtain postload counts.

Preload files were generated and shared with functional owners for review and post confirmation, loaded the files using LSMW. Built Post load jobs to verify successful load of data into ECC system.

Client: Heineken, Amsterdam, Netherlands.The JDA cloud platform needs master data & transaction data from Heineken SAP systems to be able to perform it’s planning processes. To get this information from the different SAP systems several inbound interfaces are needed between the ERP & MDM systems and the JDA platform. The communication between the Heineken SAP systems and JDA will go through B1, the central Heineken data hub built on SAP HANA platform.Post completion of JDA processes, some transaction data has to be sent back to local ERP systems, such as purchase requests and stock transfer orders. The integration between JDA and the ERP systems for the outbound interfaces will be built using SAP PI.My responsibility includes activities related to SAP Data Services (ETL):(1) Extracting data from MDM and loading into HANA (B1 Platform) (2) Extraction of data from HANA and create Flat Files.(3) Load Flat Files into JDA via multiple interfaces (SFTP Location).
