Duties and Responsiblities include:* Oversee all aspects of product development, from ideation to market launch with the PD team.* Manage the procurement process, including contract negotiation, forecast of the demand and placing orders.* Handle the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery.* Streamline supply chain operations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.* Mantain strong relationship with the suppliers with regular strategic meetings.* Lead warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics coordination.* Generate weekly reports on operational performance and present findings to the Directors. * Review and analyse the freight and shipping costs, seek for the continuous improvement.* Cost review and analysis for the operations.* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and drive profitability.* Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture.

Milestones include: * Setting up the new warehouse in Hobart (upgraded to a bigger warehouse). * Inventory planning and implementation of FMS and WMS. * Warehouse optimisation significantly decreasing the wage P/L. * Started the Sales and KPI analysis reporting on a weekly basis. * Started same-day dispatch with orders missing the cut-off close to 0% * Product development and procurement.Duties and responsibilities include: * Overall day-to-day operations of the Hobart warehouse. * Liaise with local couriers and freight forwarders to ensure the quality of logistical operations. * Inventory management and stocktake. * Staffing, leadership and performance of the warehouse team. * Cost control for the warehouse operations. * Relationship with couriers and shipping price review. * Business travels
