• Progressive 15-years of professional experience in Quantity Surveyor/project cost reviewing and coordinating with Project Control Department. • Preparing estimates which includes Quantity take off on pre tender and post tender, variations as per site condition and rate analysis Estimate and Quote for all types of oil & gas related EPC projects & Maintenance Contracts.• Preparing and certifying Payment Certificate for Sub-Contractors.• Preparing monthly subcontractors payments accruals and coordinating with Finance Dept.• Project Cost Tracking and control Monitoring and investigate the actual progress of project Vs to the tender document/contract document.• To Prepare Excavation Sketches which meets the OSHA Standards and Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.• Extensive knowledge of the methods, techniques and principles of project management. • Skilled in analyzing and preparing cost reports. • Familiar with planning, budgeting and accounting.• Preparing for Weekly& Monthly Man hour and Man Hour Cost Reporting • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills. • Excellent PC skills with strong emphasis on database and data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.• Preparation of Variation Order with the project.• Preparing Budget and Estimates.• Preparing quarterly project forecast report(PFR)
