Preparation of Quarterly and Annually Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statement of Dhanuka Group of Companies as per Ind AS.Manage month end closing and reporting, budgeting, strategic planning financials, forecast and cash flow. Make recommendations to improve company bottom line financial performance.Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.Prepare monthly expenses MIS and variance analysis and walk of variance.Prepare Quarterly PPT for CFO for Board meeting of Dhanuka Group.Review monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers and detailed listings.Overseeing all accounts, ledger, and reporting system ensure compliance with Ind AS.

Prepare of Financial Statement of the Company as per Ind AS.Developing and maintaining necessary accounting policies and systems and building an accounting department as the company grows.Coordinating with respective departments to collect data and preparing MIS for Management.Managing the month-end closing process, financial statement generation, and work paper documentation and analysis.Managing Balance Sheet Items reconciliation with the General Ledger.Preparing budgets and forecasting reports, reconciling bank statement.Maintaining and supporting internal control policies and procedures.
